By placing an order through qoreresearch.com, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Research Use Only and Purchaser Qualifications

All Products sold by Qore Research are intended strictly for laboratory and scientific research purposes.

By purchasing Products from Qore Research, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a qualified researcher, laboratory professional, institution, or otherwise possess the knowledge and training necessary to safely handle research chemicals.
• You understand the nature of the Products and associated risks.
• You will use the Products solely for lawful research purposes.

Products sold by Qore Research are NOT intended for:

• Human consumption
• Animal consumption
• Medical use
• Diagnostic use
• Therapeutic use
• Clinical use
• Food, drug, cosmetic, or agricultural applications

The Products have not been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any equivalent regulatory authority for human or veterinary use.

You acknowledge that the Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Qore Research, its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, and suppliers from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from misuse of the Products.

2. Product Handling and Safety

You acknowledge that research chemicals and peptides may possess hazardous properties and require specialized handling.

You are solely responsible for:

• Safe storage
• Proper handling
• Use of appropriate personal protective equipment
• Compliance with laboratory safety standards
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Proper disposal of Products and related materials

Qore Research shall not be liable for damages, injuries, losses, or claims resulting from misuse, improper handling, negligence, unauthorized use, or failure to follow proper safety procedures.

## 3. Shipping Policy

Orders are generally processed and shipped within one business day after payment is received and verified.

Shipping times displayed at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Qore Research currently ships within the United States. International shipping availability may vary and is subject to applicable laws and restrictions.

Free standard shipping is available on all orders of $169.99 or more within the United States.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Qore Research is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, weather disruptions, customs delays, or delivery failures outside our control.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Qore Research reserves the right to:

- Unopened products
- Used products
- Incorrectly ordered products
- Products that arrive damaged
- Products that do not meet expectations

Qore Research reserves the right to request additional information to verify the order and process the claim.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible. Approved refunds are generally processed within 5-10 business days.

Shipping fees may be non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a product quality issue.

Abuse of the return policy, including excessive or fraudulent refund requests, may result in denial of future purchases or account termination.
