Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During periods of high demand, order processing times may be extended.

## Shipping Methods

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided via email whenever available.

## Free Shipping

Qore Research offers free standard shipping on all qualifying U.S. orders of $169.99 or more after discounts and before applicable taxes.

Free shipping promotions may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

## Shipping Restrictions

Qore Research currently ships within the United States.

We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any location where possession, purchase, or use of our products may violate applicable laws or regulations.

Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal laws regarding the purchase and possession of products ordered from Qore Research.

## Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Qore Research is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping costs resulting from:

- Incorrect shipping addresses
- Incomplete addresses
- Refused deliveries
- Failure to retrieve packages
- Address changes requested after shipment

If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply.

## Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's operations.

- Lost packages
- Stolen packages

## Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To assist with the investigation, please provide:

- Order number
- Photographs of the package
- Photographs of the damaged items
- Description of the issue

Qore Research will review the claim and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, refund, or store credit.
